For Whom Do The Bells Really Toll?

We mourn our losses,
Crying for the dead,
Foolishly I might add,
For they are in a better place than us,
A place without human suffering or worries of any sort,
Which makes me wonder,
Shouldn't we be envious instead?

The Mathematics Of Addiction And Its Cure

Addiction occurs when addictive substances such as alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and so on are absorbed into the bloodstream of the addict concerned, thus leading to the assumption that flushing out the tainted blood by means of a  total blood transfusion, or whatever such a medical procedure was called, ought to cure the addict concerned of his addiction instantaneously.
